Seaweed Soba Noodle Chicken Katsu Salad

Katsu Soba

Crispy chicken katsu over chilled soba noodles, seaweed salad, and edamame — all brought together with Praise sesame dressing. Fresh, filling, and full of texture.

Ingredients

  • 200g Seaweed salad​

  • 6-7 pods Edamame beans​

  • 50g White radish/Daikon, diced small​

  • 350g Soba noodles (cook as per pack instructions, then cool)​

  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds​

  • 2 tbsp Praise Sesame dressing​

  • 2 pcs Chicken katsu/schnitzel​

  • 1 tbsp Praise sesame mayo​

Method

1. Place the cooled soba noodles, seaweed salad, edamame and diced daikon into a large bowl.​

2. Add the Praise Sesame Dressing and gently toss until the noodles and vegetables are evenly coated. ​

3. Cook Chicken Katsu in a fry pan or air fryer until golden & crispy.​

4. Divide the dressed salad between 4 bowls and cook chicken katsu/schnitzel in a air fryer/frypan as per pack instructions.​

5. Drizzle the chicken katsu strips with Praise Sesame Mayo and finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.​

6. Enjoy while the chicken is warm and crisp.​
